1. Product Manager

  • Graduate of Engineering or any related course.
  • Conduct product sourcing based on requirements.
  • Facilitate and manage product development.
  • Mitigate technical issues that may arise during the development, production and delivery stages.
  • Ensure that product quality is within the standards.
  • Conduct cost negotiation.
  • Place production order.
  • Work with relevant departments within the organization.

2. Store Design Manager

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Store / Interior Design.
  • Adept knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
  • Strong managerial & people management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; strong negotiation skills.

 

3. Designer

  • Preferably with prior work experience in apparel design and some technical training/ exposure/ background.
  • Recommend design direction and colors for the season.
  • Translate trends into commercially-viable designs in keeping with the brand’s image, market, pricing structure as well as consumer buying preferences.
  • Spec preparation & development.
  • Manage/ oversee sample fitting & evaluation.
  • Graduate of Fine Arts or any related field.

 

4. VM Specialist

  • Strong merchandise presentation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, visual and written information presentation experience.
  • Excellent understanding of customer-centered retail design. Strong computer skills, particularly in design software (AutoCad, Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, CorelDraw) and Office applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Visual Merchandising and/or Store Planning experience Research and explore best practices in visual merchandising and is able to discern which competitive ideas are most effective.
  • Ability to identify potential Visual Merchandising opportunities and provide creative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities to maintain deadlines.
  • Ability to think logically, critically and analytically.
  • Relationships and Influence - Develops and maintains high quality relationships; establishes formal and informal networks to accomplish goals.
  • Executive communication skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills required; ability to persuade or influence others; ability to present and interpret information to promote action and decision-making. Capable of simplifying and presenting complex information with ease, utilizing the correct communication vehicle. Prepares and delivers clear well organized presentations, has a polished delivery style, and creates high impact analysis and associated visual aids.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to implement against a wide variety of challenges.

 

5. Buyer

  • Has working knowledge and understanding of basic merchandising principles and brand marketing
  • Has sufficient technical know-ho in costing, product development and manufacturing.
  • Proficient in basic mathematics and posses strong negotiation skills.
  • Has the ability to relate to people in a professional/ethical manner befitting someone who represents his team.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and excellent business management skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems, formulate a logical rationale and recommend effective action plans.
  • Demonstrates organizational ability and discipline; can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

 

6. Audit Specialist (Inventory/ Internal Audit/ Compliance)

  • CPA, CIA Preferred.
  • 2 – 3 years experience in related field.
  • Proficient with excel, word, ppt, visio (flow chart)
  • Good Communication (written and oral skills)
  • Good planning skills and presentation skills.
  • Understands operational business process flow.

 

7. Distribution Sales Specialist

  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience and strong understanding of the distributor account management process
  • Knowledge of trade marketing tools and category based selling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

8. Key Accounts Specialist

  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience and strong understanding of the key account management process

9. Inventory Planning Allocation Analyst

  • Has knowledge in Project Management related to supply chain processes.
  • Preferably with experience in retail allocation/ purchasing.
  • Familiar with SAP or other retail merchandising systems (JDA)

 

10. Network Engineer

  • Support and maintain company / store LAN and WAN infrastructure
  • Implement / coordinate LAN/WAN projects
  • Share knowledge with other TSE in the team
  • Document LAN/WAN activities
